Join certified personal trainer, nutrition, and wellness coach Jess Yostenas she leads in helping others transform their vessel with the love of theLord Jesus Christ.
Morning will include encouragement from The Word and focus on strength-based movement.
All fitness levels invited and customized help is available by a personal certified trainer.
